You can visit us by appointment from May 1 to October 1. Receive a private consultation and browse our diverse selection of Authentic Alberta Wildflowers and Grasses available as seed, plugs and larger potted stock.

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, please call 403-933-3903.

Wild About Flowers is located in the Black Diamond / Turner Valley area and is about 40 minutes SW of Calgary, Alberta. Once you've booked your appointment we will send you complete directions.


Out & About in 2012

April

Look for us at the Calgary Horticultural Societies 2012 Garden Show in April 14th & 15th at Spruce Meadows. This is a great time to buy seeds and/or dormant wildflower plugs that can be planted out as soon as the ground is workable. Get a head start on the season and come visit our booth.

Early season orders placed online or over the phone prior to April 11th can be pick up at the show.  Save the cost of shipping and ensure we don't sell out of your favorite wildflower by ordering early!

Earth Day at Redwood Meadows. Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 11 am to 5 pm at Redwood House - #1 Manyhorses Drive, Redwood Meadows near Bragg Creek, Alberta.

The Calgary Rock and Alpine Garden Society Plant Sale on Saturday May 12, 2012 at the Lakeview Community Hall - 6110 34 Street SW, Calgary. More information to come.

Millarville Farmers Market!

The market starts June 16th runs from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. We are usually located up by the market office in the south west corner of the market grounds. We will be at the market on the following dates:
