Description: This low-growing attractive wildflower spreads by runners like strawberries. Bright yellow flowers go on and on while the foliage turns to a showy yellowy orange in the fall. Silverweed makes a great groundcover for moist sunny spaces. It also provides much needed food for bees.

Found in Nature: Moist open sites, often near water.

Distribution: Throughout North America
