Description: Small, dense, round shrub from 0.3m to 1m tall. Grows in a compact ball. This native seed sourced potentilla has hairy leaves which gives the foliage a silver cast, distinctive from the other potentilla cultivars. Blooms heavily until fall, and the persistent seed heads provide winter interest. Drought-tolerant and important for native bees.

Notes: This is a prairie plant that need to be planted in suitable conditions - hot, dry and full sun.

Important Information: The "Bloom Period" is an indicator of the time period within which the wildflowers will bloom and does not describe the time period that a single plant will bloom. The "Sizes" listed are intended to be a general guideline to consult during plant selection. Plant growth and bloom times will vary depending on geographical location & individual site conditions.
