Description: This moisture-loving late summer bloomer has tons of bright white flowers that last well into the fall. This wildflower will grow in sun or shade, tolerates wet soils and is a good choice for seasonal drainage areas. This is an aggressive plant that spreads by rhizomes and is fantastic in large spaces where it can bloom in profusion and light up the landscape. Try this plant in hard to grow places where its aggressive nature can work to your benefit.

Found in Nature: Moist to wet shaded to sunny sites, in thickets and low lying ditches.

Distribution: Southern Rocky Mountains, Montane, Foothills and Prairies
