Description: Dark olive-green hairy leaves indicate this perennial's drought tolerance and preference for hot exposed sites. This is a clump-forming dense plant with numerous daisy-like flowers that bloom white or soft pink in July and August. This is a great selection for a rock garden, along pathways or in dry sunny flowerbeds that don't get much attention.

Found in Nature: Dry rocky exposed ditches, gravelly sites, dry meadows and sunny slopes.

Distribution: Common - Prairies and Parklands

Notes: Available as larger potted stock - pick up only.

Important Information: The "Bloom Period" is an indicator of the time period within which the wildflowers will bloom and does not describe the time period that a single plant will bloom. The "Sizes" listed are intended to be a general guideline to consult during plant selection. Plant growth and bloom times will vary depending on geographical location & individual site conditions.
