Description: Delicate, purplish flowers nod and bob in the breeze throughout the summer. It has great form with eye catching foliage that is crisp green in summer and stunning in the fall when it turns to various shades of red. Best used close to paths or in rockeries where the low foliage and nice form can be admired.

Found in Nature: Well drained to moist meadows, hillsides and open woods.

Distribution: Parklands, Montane to Alpine
