Description: This leafy perennial herb has clusters of tiny creamy pink flower buds that open into brilliant white flowers. Flowering all summer long it has an understated impact on the landscape that is similar to applying back-lighting, and it creates an important contrast for colored flowers like Wood Lilies and Paintbrushes. It has amazing fall foliage colors that range from yellow to purple/red. This is a great filler plant for large plantings and gardens.

Found in Nature: Sunny well drained to moist ditches, grassy meadows and open wooded sites.

Distribution: Prairies, Foothills, Rocky Mountains

Notes: Available as larger potted stock - pick up only.
