Yarrow
Achillea millefolium

Yarrow Bloom Yarrow in the meadow

Description: Bright white flowers stand out against the lush green foliage of moist shady sites in the spring. This plant will tolerate moist, full sun conditions but the foliage is much nicer when it's grown in more shade. Canada Anemones spread by rhizomes and can be aggressive without competition. Use its spreading habit to your advantage by using it in large plantings or hard to grow areas like deep shade.
