Description: Bright sunny flowers in the early spring cluster together on tall, almost leafless stalks. The thick silvery green foliage is attractive and gives this plant its name. A great addition to dry exposed sights, or hot rock gardens.

Found in Nature: Open, dry rocky sites and gravelly ditches.
