Description: These blue flowers are nothing short of breath taking and wonderful to stumble upon. The bloom period in late summer is short lived but this plant is worth the space in the garden. Pleated Gentian likes it moist but will grow in sun or part shade.

Found in Nature: Moist grassy ditches and shady thickets.
