Description: A leafy perennial herb with clusters of tiny creamy pink flower buds that open into brilliant white flowers. Flowering all summer long it has an understated impact on the landscape that is similar to applying back-lighting, it creates an important contrast for colored flowers like Wood Lilies and Paintbrushes. Its fall foliage colors range from yellow to purple/red.

Found in Nature: Exposed dry to well drained ditches, grassy meadows and open wooded sites.
