Description: Flowering all summer with vivid pinky purple large, showy nectar filled blooms that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. A clumping habit combined with the larger size of this wildflower perennial really gives this plant presence in the landscape. Cool Autumn evenings turn the foliage an iridescent pinky red adding a unique tone to the fall landscape.

Found in Nature: Open Wooded sites, Prairie Ditches and Meadows.
