Wild About flowers

Red Columbine
Aquilegia formosa

Red Clematis

Description: Brilliant red and yellow blooms are eye catching and showy. Red Columbine tolerate more sun and less moisture than the Blue or Yellow Columbines, it's also the largest of the three. Lots of blooms, great color, nice foliage and a full form make this plant a good addition to a well drained slightly shaded site. Lots of blooms mean lots of seed but unwanted plants are easily pulled.
