Description: Bright yellow flowers bloom in profusion during the summer. Hairy Arnica has good presence in a larger landscape due to its size and showy blooms. This plant spreads by rhizomes and is a great selection for a moist planting site where is has room to grow. Use its aggresiveness to your advantage and try planting it in a hard to grow area like deep shade.

Found in Nature: Moist to wet meadows, thickets and ditches.
