Description: The flowers of this plant can be deep pink or creamy white. Delicate blooms in May to August give way to creamy white puffs of silky seed heads that stand out making this plant attractive in the landscape for quite along time. It also has nice form and great foliage that turns yellow in the fall giving it well rounded appeal.This Anemone does not spread by rhizomes and does well in any dry sunny flowerbed, it is a good choice for small gardens.

Found in Nature: Dry prairie ditches, meadows, sunny slopes.
